Whatever we though when we have crossed the new year about 1.1.2020, it definitely has changed forever. In the first few months in the year we expected the epidemic never comes to here. When we vigilantly watching the numbers used to come from Northern Italy, we have yet though the virus never comes to Spain.
Then we suddenly recognised we going to have in same shit, then China, and Italy. Gex told me:
- all the people thinks in the the beginning the war .. it will gone in a few weeks, but runs for years..
The reluctant and politically balancing mid left Spanish government missed the opportunity, and didn't do anything until middle of March. That's happening when political decision made instead of scientific one. Deep shit, and a lot of trouble.
The 1.500 soccer who travelled to Italy in February and 3 large gathering at 8 of March in Madrid open the "death box of Pandora". When the idiot Spanish government wake up at 10th Of March there was 1600 cases.
- Seems to be not bed? - eh.
No. Five days later 15 of March, at the 1st day of locked down, all fuckin´ 46 million people had been restricted to leave theirs house. And the new cases was daily 1595. The numbers sky rocketing..
The currently effected patience number at 31 of March was 95.200.
We are in deep trouble. The most effected province - Madrid, the hospitals, and the ICUs were overfilled. There was no place for the dead bodies...
After two weeks of primary lock down, that enable to go working, but restricted any movement except shopping, and go to doctors, and some cares for elderly people gets more strict than ever.
From 27th of March no work, no movement, including sport, walk, nothing. WE were exactly a home detention.
At the middle of March, exactly 9th of March Adam and me got take the Defender and the trailer, and in the trailer the motor to Hungary. We planed the journey carefully and avoided northern Italy. The 3 days chicken run with the 10 meters trailer looks like running before the storm. 3100 km, 2 nights.
Just a few hours of the total closer of Austria we were lucky and crossed the Hungarian border without any questions by the border patrol. We got a huge luck.
That was on Wednesday. I have had a flight ticket from Vienna to Malaga on the next week Tuesday, but had been canceled on Friday. Austria has been and under lock.
Just one of the last flight from Budapest on Saturday I could managed my escape and got back to Malaga. At the time of my arrival to Malaga my mother in law, Heni ´s mother used to be with us since a week. We could have never though she will stay with us months as we could not manage her travel back to Hungary.
Day by day it's been spending our time in an apartments... and the numbers were scraping the sky.
1st of April the total cases in Spain reached 104.000.
The police, all the three different one used to get more and more aggressive. The penalty from 600,-€ to 1.200,-€ who breaks the lock down rules floating above our neck every days when we crossed the road and went down to the lower road closed to the beach.
Every fucking dog walk was a nightmare. We were cheating, hiding, escaping and almost tried to survive. 2 dogs, and a madre as an extra assets we should have managed daily.
At the middle of April it became clear the tourism is dead, not forever but for a long period of time.
In the other hand, when New York epidemic situation exploded, it was very clear - the liberal capitalism is over, passed away as so many victims of the COVID19.
When the FAD given a blank cheque of 1.5 trillion US$ for further bond buying even it is good or junk, and all government is funnelling a bunch of money in to the white and reach people, almost the corporates who has never paid tax over the last 10 years, after the 2008 economical crisis, when the first time in the modern history the financial system legally stealth 800 billion US$.
But 2008 nobody though, that those institutional stealth was just a final test of the new world, new China style state capitalism.
We are sailing uncharted waters. This state capitalism, very often pairing with authocratism, far right populism not he best for the ordinary people.
- Somehow we got in the wrong side of the big dick mate.
Nobody save us, nobody protect us, and nobody help us. We are on our own in the deep shit.
Duration of this philosophical storm the numbers got worst and worst. At 20th of April we were crossing the 200.000 total cases. USA with their hair and face taming president had 798.000 cases.
The new World after the Corona virus starts to forming ... There is no space for USA and Europe.
Because we are fat, slow, lazy, and unproductive. Even counter virus fight or production. The European Union as 28 members confederation shit definitely failed on the exam of the crisis managements. Ursula von der Leyen who was illegally forced in the char of the commission president, and who failed the German defence ministry job also, mitigated the recognition, the independent states put everything upfront the common virus fight and the Union. Italy got nothing from Europe, just a deep shit, and regretting words. The family of the Europe disintegrated when the virus arrived to the old continent, and all states save themselves only.
As the south states got shit much harder than the others the german and northern states just follow the practice - save themes industrial supremacy, and destroy anybody else. Said NO for the Corona Bond.
Some times at about 24th of April the Spanish government learned that the numbers did not descent as good as they wanted, so let the lie win the fights and starts to manipulate the numbers.
As discounted the non symptomatic, and anti gene positive results from the total new cases .. everything got easier and better. The numbers slowly but started to go south.
First the under age 14 infant could go out for an hour from 9:00 - 21:00.
And now 2nd of May we got the rights to go run from 6:00 - 10:00 and 20:00 -23:00.
Until now we are very lucky, not having extra stones during the quarantines, not killing each other in the home detention, and hopefully not catch the virus.
- That's right man.
But the hard part of the story just ahead of us.. There is no tourism, and no income for a while.
There is nobody wants to give us any help or money and we don't have a large corp. who could apply a bailout gets much more rich than ever.
Just a new era we will have , the state capitalism where we are on the wrong side of the dick.
